Your responsibilities will include:

Writing copy and translating texts, product descriptions, and emails from English into your native language
Providing support to our company‘s shared resellers and vps hosting customers
Assisting our company‘s server managers with any stability or load-related issues
Responding to and investigating any abuse situations, such as spam or phishing
Assisting our local manager with marketing initiatives and practice development activities

The technical requirements you‘ll need:

Experience with managing web hosting accounts, domain names and VPS
Experience with web hosting and open source software, such as Drupal, WordPress, and phpBB
A thorough understanding of MySQL, Apache, and PHP
Ability to troubleshoot web hosting issues and technical procedures as needed.

Education requirements

Preferably a degree / pursuing a degree in computer science, software engineering, information technology or related fields
