Hỏi về domain .it và .cc

mình mới mua 2 cái domain . it và .cc ở godaddy. mà khỉ thật. lúc mua nó báo là $14 cho domain . cc và $19 cho doamin . it. thế mà tớ mua xong nó lấy $20 cho doamin . cc và $35 cho domain . it ( lúc checkout nó ghi số tiền là $14 cho . cc và $19 cho . it ) x-(

cho mình hỏi domain . cc và . it xài có lâu bền ko thế. sợ mình là ng VN sau này nó không cho dùng nữa. và nếu muôn đòi lại số tiền mình đã mua thì làm cách nào. lên pp đòi thì nó nói email về nói là "Significantly Not as Described dispute Open"

As I understand, you are asking if you cancel a .it domain name if you are eligible to receive a full refund for the domain name registration within five days of the purchase date. As was stated, once an .it domains is registered if canceled after the purchase date these domains are not refundable.

Tên miền đã đăng kí là tính tròn năm, không refund, bác ko đòi paypal refund dc đâu, kể cả chargeback từ ngân hàng cũng bị xử thua.

hôm qua thì nó nói vậy:

To Cancel a Product or Service From Within Your Account*

1. Click the *'$ Payments'* tab under your name.
2. Click the *'Product Billing'* link on the left hand side of the
page.
3. Check the box next to the item(s) you would like to cancel and
click on the *'Cancel Item'* button.

Mình hỏi lại mình có nhận đc một khoản full refund ko thì nó nói lại vậy:

Thank you for your reply. As previously stated .it and .cc cannot be refunded after cancellation and we will not be able to process a refund if you cancel these domains.

tức quá!!!
