Hiện e có 1 web nó bị lỗi này

Đã thay đổi permission, add full quyền cho user ASP.NET nhưng nó vẫn hiện thông báo lỗi đó. Khi chạy Application Pool riêng thì nó ra lỗi là service unavailable chạy Default Pool thì nó bị lỗi vậy.
