Hi ,

Các bạn có biết Web server/Web Application nào được dùng nhiều trong các cơ quan,doanh nghiệp không?Tôi thấy nhiều công ty tin học khi giới thiệu về mình hay có đưa ra danh sách các Tools mà họ dùng,trong đó WebSphere được đặc biệt chú ý.

Tôi rất muốn tìm hiểu về công cụ này ,deploy một ứng dụng Web-based Application trên WebShere chẳng hạn;rất mong được các bạn cung cấp thông tin về nó.

Ah, mình cũng thích lắm. Hay là chúng ta cùng tìm hiểu nhé. Ai có thông tin gì hay trước thì hãy new một bài về WebSphere trướ nhé

good morning,

chờ chút nữa xem có bạn nào post bài không,trước hết là để deploy một web based application(jsp,servlet) thì dùng loại websphere nào bở vì bản thân websphere có đến 4 đến 5 loại,mỗi loại lại có vài chiếc đĩa CD kèm theo.:D

Cho những fan của open source ;), Apache có Jakarta Tomcat (IBM WebSphere cũng tích hợp cái này vào WS )

Vì không là commercial product nên, Apache jakarata tomcat cung cấp ít chức năng hơn khi so sánh với WebSphere. Tuy nhiên Jakarta Tomcat cũng chạy khá ổn định, rất thích hợp cho các ứng dụng servlets và XML . Và trên hết là it's completely free (Apache license chứ không phải GPL license) and open source ;)

để deploy các package mà dùng IBM Websphere người ta thường dùng cái WebSphere Application Server, lúc deploy, mọi thứ đều rất trực quan, không cần phải viết một dòng XML nào hết.
