Chứng chỉ về domain????/

Em định bán 1 cái domain cho 1 anh bạn nhưng họ hỏi về 1 cái chứng chỉ về cái domain mà em chẳng hiều gỉ cả? Nó gần như 1 sự đánh giá từ 1 bên thứ 3 nào đó.
Và còn cái trang: http://escrow.com . Có bác nào biết cái trang này không? Nó cũng dùng để mua bán và có chức năng tương tự như cái paypal.com. Nhưng kô hiểu dùng như thế nào?
Có bác nào biết chỉ giùm em với.
