View Full Version : Lỗi lạ lùng mà tớ ko hiểu :(! Start service
Các bác dùng window có nhiều kinh nghiệm rồi , có thể chỉ cho tôi cái lỗi này thế nào ko , cách khắc phục như thế nào ? Mặc dù nó ko ảnh hưởng đến hoạt động của win nhưng mà tôi nhìn thế cứ có cảm giác máy của mình có bệnh , khó chịu lém :D
Mỗi khi tôi khởi động máy khi vào win đều gặp 2 dòng báo này
The service database is locked
Can't start kernel mode driver service
Mong các bác giúp đỡ , cảm ơn nhiều
Bạn click chuột phải vào My Computer -> Manage -> phần Event Viewer xem có Error/Warning nào thì post lên, chú ý càng đầy đủ càng tốt.
Sound card của bạn hiệu gì ?

- bạn kiểm tra xem service Windows Management Instrumentation có chạy bình thường không (Started + Automatic)
- thử cài lại Office, bản Office 2003 của bạn có thể bị lỗi
- cài service này:

để kiểm tra xem chương trình nào lock registry khi shutdown --> lỗi

- kiểm tra xem firewall của Win có hoạt động tốt không. Nếu bạn không dùng firewall có sẵn thì kiểm tra xem trạng thái hiện tại của service Application Layer Gateway Service là gì ?
Sau đó bạn khởi động lại máy và xem:
- còn lại những thông báo lỗi nào
- report của User Hive Cleanup service
- bạn kiểm tra xem service Windows Management Instrumentation có chạy bình thường không (Started + Automatic)
- thử cài lại Office, bản Office 2003 của bạn có thể bị lỗi
- cài service này:

để kiểm tra xem chương trình nào lock registry khi shutdown --> lỗi

Kiểm tra lại window management với cả xem report của user hive clean up thế nào bạn , bạn có thể chỉ rõ cách tiến hành ko ?
Còn cái link bạn đưa cho mình , ko thể validate dc vì mình dùng bản win lậu , bon microsoft nó phát hiện ra ngay :D , đúng ko ?
Minh đã kiểm tra fire wall , mình dùng fire wall riêng của security center thôi , ko dùng loại nào khác
Đã thử cài lại office , mong rằng sẽ ổn

- service Windows Management Instrumentation: chuột phải vào My Computer -> Manage -> phần Service, nếu thấy như sau là ổn :

- sau khi cài User Hive Cleanup service, nếu có chương trình nào cản trở tiến trình shutdown của Windows, service này sẽ ghi lại bằng một error hoặc warning. Bạn chỉ cần bật máy lên dùng bình thường một thời gian, sau đó khởi động lại và kiểm tra lại Event Viewer xem vào thời điểm quanh lúc start + shutdown có những error+warning nào.

Để cài đặt: unzip file và copy thư mục UPHClean vào C:\Program Files (--> trong thư mục C:\Program Files\UPHClean sẽ có 2 files uphclean.exe và readme.txt)
Sau đó mở một command prompt :
Start -> Run -> cmd -> OK
gõ các lệnh:
cd /d "%ProgramFiles%\UPHClean"
uphclean -install
Vậy là xong quá trình cài đặt.

Mình đã xem lại window management , mọi thứ ổn cả
Và đã cài thêm service kia nữa rồi
Cho mình hỏi thêm , dạo này máy lại còn hay thỉnh thoảng đang chạy ngon lành tự nhiên nó tắt phụt 1 cái , sau đó hiên ra 1 bảng ...dòng cuối là : begining dump of memory ..thế là sao hả bạn , có ảnh hưởng gì ko ?
Bạn download Ultimate Boot CD về burn ra test ổ cứng và RAM đi. Nếu có 2 thanh RAM trở lên thì test từng thanh một sau đó test chung tất cả xem RAM có lỗi hay các thanh bị conflict không.
Kiểm tra lại bộ nguồn, quạt và nhiệt độ CPU nữa.
Tại sao lại phải burn ra mới test , ko kiểm tra dc luôn trên nền win hả bạn ? phải boot từ CD-rom?
Phải burn ra vì bạn phải boot PC bằng CD này.
À quên, về sound card Audigy 2 và lỗi:

--> bạn vào phần Services và Stop + Disable "Creative Service for CDROM Access"

--> để khắc phục: xem phần RESOLUTION của Win2k.
Hiện tại mình còn lỗi này là ko khắc phục dc :(

Lỗi này cũng liên quan đến sound card của bạn.
- trong phần Services, những service nào liên quan đến card này ?
- từ command prompt, gõ:
dir /a %SystemRoot%\system32\config
kích thước tổng cộng của các file là bao nhiêu ?

Đại khái là bây giờ sau nhiều lần làm , máy nó vẫn báo service database is locked , mệt was ..hix hix :((

A` bạn phthu nay` , mình vừa thủ khắc phục kiểu này , xem ra rất hiệuquar ,trước khi mình shutdown tắt card Lan , sau đó những lần khỏi động ko gặp hiên tượng locked service nữa .
Bạn có ý kiến gì về card Lan của mình ko ? à mà đó là Lan on board
