Well, I have a funny story to share with you on this Thanksgiving occasion. Last night I was invited to my first cousin's family's party. It was a big party and there was a band (nhạc sống) playing there. Any one wanted to sing had to write song tittles on a piece of paper and handed in, then they would be called in order. I jotted down my favorite song "Ta On Em" (người Việt bên Mỹ quen viết không dấu) and handed it over to the M.C guy. It was my turn and the M.C introduced me to step up to sing the song "Ta Ớn Em." I felt so embarrassed at that moment. I said "sorry" and corrected the song tittle. "Tạ Ơn Em," not "Ta Ớn Em"
hahaa...
