This seems to be a full version. No problems at all during the installation. After extracted the rar files, just click on the "setup.bat" file and it'll extract the uha file. Restart immedately after installing the software. The keymaker only works after restart.

Step 2: There are four dl links. Click on the first dl link with the left mouse button . A new smaller window opens (don't install language pack, it worked without it for me). You'll see four squares. Click on this link with the right mouse button and choose "Download using FlashGet" or whatever d/l manager you're using.
Step 3: Repeat the same procedure for the second, third and fourth dl link.
Step 4: remember, the second, third and fourth dl link will appear in the same small window as the first.
