Thông thường khi cài đặt một phần mềm nào đó chương trình thường kèm theo một file hướng dẫn (help.chm). Tôi thấy file này rất hay, dễ truy cập và tra cứu khi cần thiết, lại có thể chèn vào những hình ảnh, flash minh họa, rất thích hợp để tạo những cuốn sách tra cứu kiến thức. Tôi muốn biết các file help này được xây dựng bởi chương trình nào, có cần phải thông thạo ngôn ngữ lập trình nào không, nếu có thể, các bạn có thể giới thiệu và gởi kèm theo link của chương trình.
