PHẦN MỀM SCAN VÀ KARAOKE ?!!

CHo mình hỏi có phầm mềm nào có thể scan một tờ giấy biến thành một văn bản không ? Chẳng hạn scan xong thì nó thành đoạn văn bản. Nếu có download ở đâu? tên phần mềm là gì ?

Có phần mềm nào có thể sử dụng để karaoke mà sử dụng phông nền là file movie không ? Có thì chỉ download test phát .
