Ai biết chỉ giùm mình cách sửa lỗi chương trình VMware Workstation với!!!

Mình đang xài VMware Workstation 7.1.4 , Mình cài win xp sp2, đang xài bỗng xuất hiện thông báo lỗi:
VMware Workstation unrecoverable error: (vcpu-0)
NOT_IMPLEMENTED d:/build/ob/bora-385536/bora/devices/mainmem/mainMemHosted.c:2122
A log file is available in "C:\Users\Hp\Documents\Virtual Machines\Windows XP Professional\vmware.log". A core file is available in "C:\Users\Hp\Documents\Virtual Machines\Windows XP Professional\vmware-vmx-2764.dmp". Please request support and include the contents of the log file and core file.
To collect data to submit to VMware support, choose "Collect Support Data" from the Help menu.
You can also run the "vm-support" script in the Workstation folder directly.
We will respond on the basis of your support entitlement.

Rồi nó tự động tắt hệ điều hành. Ai biết cách xử lý lỗi này xin chỉ mình cách khắc phục với. Thanks nhiều!!!

Thông báo lỗi chỉ rõ ràng là lỗi này ngoài tầm kiểm soát của workstation rồi. Để xử lý thì phải chép mấy cái log file và gửi về cho vmware phân tích xử lý. Những lỗi như vầy liên quan đến code của chương trình, chỉ có manufacture mới biết cách trị :)
