COULD Somebody help me, Please!!!

hello...
i have this problem: my computer is being spy, but i've used Nortoninternetsecurity and removed those files already. The problem left is that everytime, my PC is booted,after couple of seconds or few minutes, the monitor is black out or freeze while the PC is still running as well as the internet connection.
Could anyone give me some advices.

*which files you had removed?
you can use this way: Reboot, when you see the Flash Screen, press F8 on the keyboard, select "Last Know Good Configuration".

- Nếu là người Việt Nam thì nói tiếng Việt cho dễ gần gũi hơn nhé :-;
- Khắc phục: tìm một CD_Room Boot có hỗ trợ soft anti virus, anti spyware ví dụ như: ChoiceSoft, LHT ... và sẽ biết cách giải quyết thôi :D
