I am a student in FTU. I',m staring to learn Ielts. I see that we all bad at speaking E.I really want to practise E with anyone who cares, special
for speaking as much as possible

FTU! Great for sure:D
For my own point, speaking is speaking, not writing. Speaking in writing wastes my time. I think FTU is a good EL enviroment for U to practise EL, esp in speaking. If U want to practise speaking, an EL club is suitable for U! In Cat Linh for instance!
