Mình có download cái TNTUnicodeControls về từ http://tnt.ccci.org/delphi_unicode_controls/downloads.htm nhưng không biết cài đặt lên thanh công cụ. Giúp với....

Delphi 7, Open, 'TNTUnicode\Packages\TntUnicodeVcl_D70.dpk', Install.
Xong rùi đấy.
Nếu xài Delphi 8 thì forget it.

cho hỏi luôn nó là cái gì vậy?

Nó là bộ VCL unicode cho Delphi 5/6/7, chỉ hiển thị unicode trên WinNT/2k/XP/2k3.
