word không cho lưu khi chỉnh sửa

hiện mình đang dung win xp, sau khi thao tác copy từ những file khác nhau pate sang 1file thì khi Save máy thông báo lỗi "The disk is full or too many files are open". Mình đã dùng nhiều cách: đổi tên, save sang ổ khác, tăng bộ nhớ ảo...mà vẫn không được. file word này có dung lượng khoảng 7M. Mong các bạn giúp đỡ !
