Làm sao để tạo UD ASP.Net web application

Khi tạo ứng dụng ASP.Net App bằng VB.Net thì bị báo lỗi sau Visual Studio.Net has detected taht the specified Web server is not running ASP.Net verson1.1 . You will unable run ASP.Net application and server
Máy mình đã cài IIS .

Có thể là bạn viết trên version 2002 mà đem chạy trên .NET Framework 2003
Có thể server của bạn chưa chạy
Có thể server bị lỗi
