Paypal sau 180 ngày??

Xin chào mọi người!
Em có 1 acc PP bị limit và nó nói là sau 180 ngày thì nó sẽ gửi mail hướng dẫn cách rút $ về nhưng đến hôm nay đã là 184 ngày vẫn chưa thấy nó gửi mail gì hết?
Ai rành xin giúp em với!

Email rùi nhưng nó cứ trả lời tự động lại là:

nhìn giống máy trả lời thế, mail lại nữa nếu còn như vậy thì call lên nó luôn... call là tốt nhất
