Mình chơi game thì hay bị gặp tình trạng sau.Màn hình bỗng dưng chuyển thành 4 bit nhòe nhòe và 1 bảng thông báo thế này

Card mình là Inno3D 9500GT.Mặc dù đã dùng Driver cleaner pro xóa driver cũ trong safe mode và cài driver mới nhất mà vẫn ko đc.Các bạn giúp mình với!!Thanks
