Tôi có một người bạn nước ngoài đang cần tìm đối tác là cá nhân/nhóm/công ty thực hiện một hợp đồng outsource với mô tả dưới đây.
"In order to maintain or meet the SLA to their customers, the customer want to get the total network visibility from the DSLAM equipment and the E1 links(G.703) interconnected between them. They would like have user friendly application with reporting capabilities which allow them to get/access lower layer links information(LOS, LCV etc), Bandwidth used on each E1 and also have the capabilities to analyze the upper layer protocol information if possible which can help them to identify the root cause of the problem(for example flapping issue).
Developer pre-requisite: Understand Kernel and TCP/IP protocol programming and native C language. We can provide the API information to the developer."
