Cần giúp gấp (asp)

Em có 2 file asp nhu sau :
File 1 :
if report="" then
report="không có report"
else
session("report")=report
response.redirect "file2.asp"
end if

File 2:
reponse.write sesion("report")

Không sao hiển thị đựoc cái report tiếng việt(đã đặt session.codepage và meta utf-8)

cái chuỗi tieng việt bỏ vô hàm UrlEncode đi là ok mình cũng mới bị xong, đối với cookie và session. Đến trang nhận thì dùng URLDecode lấy lại chuỗi tiếng việt nguyên xi
