cho mình hỏi XML là gì vậy

Mình thấy bi giờ mấy cái báo CNTT như PC world ưa nhắc tới những ứng dụng hỗ trợ XML nhưng mình đọc hoài không hiểu nó là cái gì?

nghe nói nó là cài tiến của HTML và rất mạnh trong CSDL không biết có đúng không?

XML is extensible mark-up language. Extensible because you can extend it (or you can create your own tags). It comprises texts and codes (or called tags). For example, <test>test</text> is a line including content and tag (inside <>). XML is not a computer language but is a mechanism for creating languages. Java likes to use XML because it’s platform independent data. When you are a Java programmer, you will like to use XML since, with J2EE, every time you amend your codes you must recompile it or them into class. XML will allow you to amend content (or parameters) passed into the codes without the need to re-compile. I don’t know if you have much information about XML in Vietnam but if you can understand English well, go to w3c.com and learn it. If I explain to you all about XML it will be like a research paper for PhD which no one will bother to read. Anything else please let me know.

Không phải nó là cải tiến của HTML. HTMl là ngôn ngữ đánh dấu siêu văn bản dựa trên các thẻ định nghĩa sẵn mà các trình duyệt có thể hiểu được. Sự khác nhau cơ bản của XML so với HTML là bạn có thể tự định nghĩa các thẻ, các phần tử và các thuộc tính.
