Có bạn nào dùng Avast home free chưa?
Mình mới cài nhưng sao nó ko chịu scan gì cả. Sau khi chọn HDD, kéo thanh trượt lên mức thorough, chọn luôn "scan archive files"
Sau đó bấm nút mũi tên để bắt đầu scan thì nó cứ đơ ra đó, ko thay đổi gì, sau khoảng 30~45 giây thì báo lên 1 bảng với nội dung: number of scanned files/folder: 0/0... giống như là ko có file nào trên HDD cả.

Vậy là sao nhỉ?

Phiên bản Home ko cho phép scan full. Nên để scan thì bạn chọn chuột phải vào thư mục cần scan và chọn menu Scan nhé!

Tôi chưa thủ full scan nhưng dùng Avast nhẹ, tôi dùng hơn 1 năm rồi + kết hợp với comodo firewall không có bị virus nào cả.

Làm thế nào bác cài comodo firewall (bản free) 1 mình được? bây giờ nó tích hợp với AV nữa mà ?

Cho hỏi thêm trong Avast home làm sao set các kiểu file để scan? giống như NAV có chọn các nhóm như "program files" hoặc tự mình định nghĩa các kiểu file để được scan.

Theo tớ nên scan full các file. Avast sẽ hỏi lại user trước khi xử lý các file dính virus.

hehe, tìm ra rồi:, công nhận avast chạy nhanh thật.
1) Exclude file type from Resident protection scanner (on-access scanner):
a) Click on the blue a-ball icon in system tray to show the resident protection settings
b) Click on the DETAILS button
c) In left pane, click on STANDARD SHIELD provider
d) In right pane, click on CUSTOMIZE
e) On the tab ADVANCED click on the ADD button
f) Type in the name of the file you wish to exclude. Add the "*\" characters in front of the file name. For example, if you wish to exclude the file called "avast.exe", type there "*\avast.exe" (without the quotation marks).
g) Confirm all changes with OK button(s)

2) Exclude file type from On-demand scanner:
a) Right-click on the blue a-ball icon in system tray representing avast! antivirus
b) From the menu select PROGRAM SETTINGS
c) In left pane, click on EXCLUSIONS section
d) In right pane, click on ADD button
e) Type in the same row as in the step "f" above
f) Confirm the changes with OK button(s)

Muốn có giao diện đơn giản thì làm như sau:
Switch to simple user interface:
a) Right-click on the blue a-ball icon in system tray representing avast! antivirus
b) From the menu select PROGRAM SETTINGS
c) In left pane, click on COMMON section, un-check the "enable skin for simple user interface"
