read a document Computer English

When I read a English doccument for computer i know how is it work! but i can translate ? what is my problem in here?
Shout i learn more word in english to translate it and know exactly?

Almost English, American, Australian and English-speaking people can read English but cannot translate it into Vietnamese, either. :D So dont worry if you realize that you and them are the same.
