Ko bít vì sao cài driver đầy đủ thì HP Director vẫn ko dùng được, trong khi HP Photo and Ímaging Gallery thì lại được (Scan được lun).
HP Director báo lỗi như thế này: "An error occured communicating with the scanning device. Please ensure that the scanning device is connected propperly and try again."

HP Photo and Ímaging Gallery vẫn chạy good:

Có ai gặp tình trạng này chưa ?
