máy tính của em khởi động mấy ngày hôm nay đều hiện lên màn hình những vệt màu xanh che mất màu trắng, lúc nhiều lúc ít ở chữ Press enter... khi khởi động, chờ thêm 1 chút thì màn hình khởi động hiện cột đen trắng và các sọc đen trắng xen kẽ, rồi ko thể tiếp tục vào màn hình chính, có hôm nó hiện mấy dòng sau:

Blue Screen of Death


Cách khắc phục:
- Tháo Ram ra lau chùi sạch sẽ chân Ram (Recommend)
- Lau sạch chân các thiết bị gắn rời như VGA Card, Sound Card,...
- Sau 2 bước trên mà không khắc phục được thì tiến hành Repair hoặc cài lại Windows.

Trước khi bị hiện tượng trên bạn đã cài thêm gì vào máy? hoặc gắn thêm thiết bị gì vào? lỗi trên phần lớn do đụng software, virus, xong mới đến hardware
- dump soft thì: gỡ những soft bị đụng ra, gỡ driver vừa cài ra, quét virus
- dump hardware: windowxp_2 đã hướng dẫn
