man hinh shutdown cua minh bay jo bj doi roi , minh ko wen va ko thjx chut nao: minh muon khi start/shutdown thi se hien ra 1 man hinh voi 3 button :shutdown, standby, restart thay vi man hinh voi cac combo box: shutdown, log off, restart, hibernate, stand by. ban nao bjet chi minh voi nha! thanks!

start -> setting -> control panel -> user accounts -> change the way user logon or off -> click vào User welcome sreen -> apply option - oke
