sao mỗi lần em vào mạng , nhấn đúp vào connect thì nó luôn hiện lên " there was no dialtone " vậy là modem nhà em bị hư hả ??? ai biết thì giúp em với nhe'....thaxx you

Có thể thôi! Trước hết bạn xem dây line có tốt không (thử bằng gọi điện thoại - nhiều khi nhà bạn bị bưu điện khóa máy), cắm có đúng jack ko. Nếu mọi thứ đều tốt thì có lẽ là do modem.

Error 680

1. Make sure that the modem is installed and the phone line is running to the modem correctly.

2. Is the dialer pointing to the correct modem?

3. Make sure that no other programs are using your modem. Fax software, Supervoice, etc...

4. Ctrl-Alt-Delete, if you see RNAAPP loaded, then go to the RNAAPP fix page.

5. Try uninstalling and reinstalling the modem. Make sure that they can hear a dialtone through the modem (with a handset). Could be a modem problem. If they don't hear a dialtone it could also be a line, jack, or general telco problem.

thông báo đó xuất hiện khi nào?
khi vừa mới nhấp đúp
hay là khi nhấn connect rồi mới báo

mở properties của modem trong control panel lên rồi chọn more information thử đi, nếu báo ra các thông số thì modem tốt, còn nếu báo là "port already opened" thì coi chừng. có thể modem hư hoặc là phải remove driver rồi cài lại driver thử coi.

lỗi "No dial tone" là lỗi thường xuyên gặp của modem, thường do phần cứng. Nên bảo hành.

Ê! tui thấy modem Venr xài cũng được lắm dó, connect cũng rất nhanh thử đi rùi bạn sẽ thích ngay mà vì máy mình use modem Venr Int.
