Cần sự giúp đỡ gấp làm một site Elearning hỗ trợ học tập trực tuyến

Chào các anh chị. Tôi đang làm một site Elearning hỗ trợ học tập trực tuyến. Tôi đã làm trên localhost (chạy tôt). Nhưng khi đem lên host thì gặp lỗi sau. Tôi đã config theo đúng tài khoản của host. Bản Moodle tôi dùng là 1.8.3

Có thể do 1 trong số các nguyên nhân sau:
1. Upload chưa đầy đủ ( bị lỗi file) khi upload

2. CHMOD của file có vấn đề.
