Xin cho hỏi 2 lỗi sau, mình cảm ơn rất nhiều nếu nhận được sự quan tâm trả lời.
Mình đang dùng Windows XP pack 2, microsoft office 2003
Lỗi 1.
Khi khởi động máy, trước khi vào Windows thì máy luôn kiểm tra ỗ đĩa D.
Khi vào Computer management, vào disk defragmenter cho ỗ đĩa D thì nhận được thông báo
Disk defragmenter has detected that chkdsk is scheduled to run on the volume: D
Please run chkdsk/f.
Xin hỏi: Làm sao bỏ chế độ kiểm tra ỗ đĩa D trước khi khởi động máy.
Làm sao để defragment cho ỗ D, các ỗ đĩa khác vẫn defragment bình thường.
Lỗi 2.
Không sử dụng được Adobe reader.
Mình cài Adobe reader 6.01 từ đĩa driver của mainboard, cài hoàn toàn bình thường. Đến khi cài xong thì mình thử mở một file .pdf thì máy báo lỗi, không mở được. Mình vào Add or remove programs gỡ bỏ. Sau đó cài Adobe reader 8.01 trên báo tuổi trẻ, máy cũng báo lỗi khi mở thử một file sau khi cài xong.

AppName: acrord32.exe Appver: 8.0.0.456 ModName: acrord32.dll
ModVer: 8.0.0.456 Offset: 00020916
Sau đây là Reporting details mình xin ghi lại.
