as we know that all interfaces and available library just like API(Java application programming Interface) are all import in to a Java
program! each class and each inteface in Java API are belong to a exactly package. these packages will providea structure for reuse
software. so all programer must know how to build reusable software component for furture don't define it againt. the program i give
is a method for you to build a package and how to use it!
