Mình làm bài test phỏng vấn PHP có cho làm trang web bằng typo3 nhưng cài đặt bị lỗi này

mình dùng wamp, đã tạo folder FIRST_INSTALL trong cả thư mục wamp,www, với typo3 nữa nhưng vấn không được, tìm mấy forum nước ngoài cũng nhiều người gặp lỗi này nhưng k thấy ai reply cả. Ai giúp với
