1. Vacancy profile
- Job title: Customer Service Specialist – Mobile phone service
- Amount: 1
- Work location: HCMC, Vietnam and International

2. Job description
· Follow up technical information/ quality issue to apply appropriate action plan.
· Support Mobile Phone Service Network operations
· Monitor service network operations to avoid implicit risks.
· Control repair data/ customer database from service system
· Set up efficient communication channel with Mobile Regional HQ/ASCs and other service locations for promptly supports and action plans.

3. Candidate Requirements
· University degree (Business, Telecommunication is preferable)
· At least 3 years of experience in mobile service area
· Good knowledge of mobile phone hardware, customer service and telecommunication
· Good communication, problem solving and analyzing skill
· Good team player
· Be attentive and courteous
· Language: Advanced English
· Work by system
· Able to travel abroad if required
