The working location is at e-town, Ho Chi Minh City. However, this position is also open for candidates from the North or Central of Vietnam (Housing & Relocation Allowances will be added in the offer package).
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Work as Project Manager or Project Leader in Web-based development projects with main duties:
• Contact with onshore Project Manager (Europe) or development Partner or Customer (in English);
• Project Requirement: analysis, development and management (change tracking);
• Estimate project’s development cost (in association with Technical Team if necessary);
• Plan project’s schedule, organize team, lead, build/manage project documents, manage the development process;
• Manage: Cost, budget, qualities & customer satisfaction;
• Follow company process, contribute on process improvement;
• Discuss and troubleshoot the requirements or problems with onshore (European) managers or customers (via email, messenger, PMS tool);
• Report to the Program Manager & PMO Head;
• Ready to work overtime up on request (for problems or urgent issues).

REQUIREMENTS:
• Nationality: Vietnamese or Overseas Vietnamese
• Education: Bachelor (software related)
• Language: Very good at all skills of English
• 4 years professional experience in Web/Internet or software development, with more than 1 year experience in PROJECT MANAGER position in Enterprise environment.
• Strong knowledge about Web/Online development. Broad knowledge of contemporary web systems, sites and concepts such as Social Networks, Social Community, Online Marketing, E-commerce, CRM, SaaS, Cloud, etc...
• Good knowledge in project management, development process, tools (such as Ms Project, Open Workbench,…)
• Good knowledge in Installation & Configuration with Windows Web/DB servers, and/or Apache..
• Good communication skills: group discussion leading, team working..
• Good project management skills: estimating, planning, organizing, leading.
• Have knowledge and experience in Web development and some technologies (.NET or PHP or JAVA).
• Personality: highly responsible, well-organized, communicative, pro-active, dare-to-lead, result oriented, flexibility & adaptabilities
