The working location is at e-town, Ho Chi Minh City. However, this position is also open for foreigner candidates or Vietnamese candidates from the North or Central of Vietnam (Housing & Relocation Allowances will be added in the offer package).
RESPONSIBILITIES:
This position is also called Software Architect which is among the highest level of Software Engineering levels. Works as Technical Architect or System Architect in medium & large-scaled web-based development projects with JAVA for International customers.
This person is also a member of Technical Consulting team for consulting and R&D activities.
Detailed work areas:
• Study new projects, research required technologies and develop Technical solution proposals.
• Perform system analysis and architecture design for medium & large projects.
• Support development team in technical troubleshooting & solution.
• Research new trend of web development technologies
• Apply technical training for development team.

REQUIREMENTS:
• Education : Bachelor of IT or equivalent
• Language: English (good in all skills)
• At least 7 years of experience in web development technologies in general and have in-depth knowledge of JAVA
• Excellent capability in Research & Development (R&D).
• Experience in architecture design of large-scale web-based systems with JAVA
• Experience in working with common web-based applications and new web technology concepts (CMS, Portal, e-commerce, online payment, Newsletter, Community, Social network, SEO, media streaming, CDN, Cloud,...)
• Experience in working with all of these Source Control Systems: SVN, VSS
• Good knowledge in open-source solutions (frameworks, platforms)
• Good understanding of W3C standards.
• Great soft skills: group discussion leading, team working, problem solving, training/
• Great spirit of work & research, self-motivated, dedicated, committed.
• MCSE or same level
• Experience in Microsoft product integration (Exchange, Sharepoint, Live Communication Server - Lync)
