tui có 1 cái yahoo mail, đăng ký cách đây tầm 5 năm rồi, giờ thỉnh thoảng vẫn vào YM = nick đó, còn mail thì vẫn dùng bình thường. tự dưng lúc sáng vào YM ko đc, nghĩ là mail của mình bị đổi pass, vào mail.yahoo.com, vào phần forgot pass, sau khi điền thông tin (đoạn sinh nhật, zipcode, ..) rồi enter thì nó ra thông báo là:
