How to improve IT English skill ?

The only way to understand clearly IT knowledge is reading documents in English.
Then how to improve IT-related books reading skill ?
What do you think ?

Writing is also important if you need to complete a project.

I often read documents in English, but write in Vietnamese, my Eng writting sucked... Reading first, writting later. Step by step...

In my opinion, to improve your IT English, the best way is to learn IT vocabulary (easily by using a computer dictionary or a teaching book about IT), then try to read as much as possible. Of course, in the process of reading, there are still many words that you don't really understand, but skip it, try to guess the meaning and after stop reading, look them up.
About writing English, try not to translate from Vnese into English,write it naturally.
