Paypal không cho remove /add bank account

hình như lúc này nó không cho add hay remove bank account , không tin mấy bác cứ thữ đi .

Mình thử nhiều lần đều nhận thông báo như trên, và mình đả mail cho nó và đả hết lời với nó tình hình không thấy khả quan:

bro chỉ ko add được , hay cả ko remove được luôn. Nếu có 2 PayPal account thì phải dùng 2 bank account khác nhau cho mỗi tài khoản :P
