Lỗi khi cài đặt máy ảo trên Thinkpad T510?

Máy mình chạy W7 64, mình cài VMware 10 sau đó cài Win2k12 server lên máy ảo qua file Iso thì xuất hiện thông báo lối như ở duoi, mình đã Enable Intel VT trong Bios rồi nhưng vẫn xuất hiện lỗi trên.

Bác nào bị lỗi giống mình ko giúp mình với.
