Removethebackground là công ty 100% vốn đầu tư Đan Mạch và là một trong những công ty hàng đầu về chỉnh sửa hình ảnh. Chúng tôi làm việc 24/7 để luôn đảm bảo đáp ứng một cách tuyệt đối các nhu cầu của khách hàng.

Nhằm đáp ứng nhu cầu mở rộng trong thời gian tới, chúng tôi đang cần tuyển thêm 30 nhân viên chỉnh sửa ảnh toàn thời gian, làm việc tại Hà Nội với trách nhiệm và yêu cầu công việc như sau:

TRÁCH NHIỆM

- Chỉnh sửa ảnh theo yêu cầu của khách hàng và trưởng nhóm.
- Viết báo cáo ngày, tháng, năm theo yêu cầu.
- Triển khai thực hiện các nhiệm vụ khác do trưởng nhóm/trưởng bộ phận ca yêu cầu.

YÊU CẦU
- Thành thạo Photoshop là yêu cầu bắt buộc.
- Sẵn sàng làm việc theo ca.
- Có trách nhiệm cao đối với công việc.
- Có kỹ năng làm việc độc lập cũng như làm nhóm. Có kỹ năng quản lý thời gian.
- Cẩn thận, trung thực và là người học hỏi nhanh.
- Tiếng Anh tốt là một lợi thế.
- Có thể sử dụng COREL hoặc Illustrator là một lợi thế.

Nhằm đáp ứng nhu cầu mở rộng trong thời gian tới, chúng tôi đang cần tuyển thêm 20 nhân viên chỉnh sửa ảnh toàn thời gian, làm việc tại Hà Nội với trách nhiệm và yêu cầu công việc như sau:

TRÁCH NHIỆM

- Chỉnh sửa ảnh theo yêu cầu của khách hàng và trưởng nhóm.
- Viết báo cáo ngày, tháng, năm theo yêu cầu.
- Triển khai thực hiện các nhiệm vụ khác do trưởng nhóm/trưởng bộ phận ca yêu cầu.

YÊU CẦU

*Job Description
Support customers on troubleshooting and clarification on technical issues.
Collect claims/requests from customers, discuss with customers via email, Skype or telephone
Coordinate with other departments in the company on customer’s claims/requests.
Manage and follow up all claims/requests until they are solved.
Update customer about the progress and respond to all their requirements

Skill set
Strong communications skills in English and Vietnamese, both written and spoken.
Self-motivated, good human relation, good team player and well organised
Good computer skills
Open to learn new things and self- improvement
Has experiences in working with foreign customers is a plus.

Job description:
Developing and maintain our existing projects (non-outsourcing)
Cooperating with end-users to design new programs in order to support business process.
Cooperating with design team to implement new functions/screens.
Flying in the fast lane.
Other duties as assigned.

You need to be:
Minimum of 1 years experience in C# programming and NUnit testing is a must (Only experience in directly coding and testing tasks is counted, experience in team leading or project management is NOT counted)
Minimum of 1 years experience with SQL - we use MS SQL.
In-depth knowledge of web developing process.
Able to do prototyping, testing and specifications.
Love writing code, love deleting code.
Familiar to Agile, Scrum, XP.
Creative, logical and independent thinking is highly valued.
Self-starter, result-oriented, pro-active, a strong team player.

Job Description
- Setup and maintain LAN, WIFI, ADSL, Leased line and other related network hardware devices.
- Monitor internet connection, detect and solve the problems, making report on connection speed and other issues.
- Setting up PC, hardware, software, connectivity for end users.
- Provide technical supports and troubleshooting, including but not limiting to: software updates, security, antivirus protection, network and internet connection, PC, printer, telephone.
- Maintaining, upgrading PC, hardware, software, connectivity and other IT devices.
- Work closely with all vendors to keep the good service quality.
- Other duties as assigned.

Job Requirement
Skill set:
- Bachelor’s or University’s Degree in IT and/or Telecommunications
- Cisco CCNA/CCNP and/or ITIL certified license and/or Microsoft certified license is advanced.
- 1 years experience in IT system administrator or similar role.
- Supportive, details and careful.
- Customer service oriented mentality.
- Being proactive, willing to learn and to work overtime when requested.
- Good knowledge in network, LAN, WAN
- Good knowledge in Windows 7, Windows server, PC and other IT devices’ hardware/software/connectivity
- Good skills in investigate, diagnosing and troubleshooting issues.
