Tui cài database 9.0.1 và muốn cài thêm Designer và down 9i_designer_scm_9028.zip từ Oralce về cài
Sau khi install repository xong login vào Designer thì báo lỗi sau:

Repository is inconsistently installed or user does not have
select access on the workarea.
Action

Check privileges on workarea or contact your

Mà dùng Designer thì mình có thể view Diagram phải không ? Úi trùi... Help me !!! plz plz
