Một công ty phần mềm nước ngoài đang cần tuyển 1 số lập trình viên giỏI, chủ yếu sẽ làm việc ở SG(ít nhất là 3 tháng), lập trình viên cần có những điều kiện sau:
- Làm việc full time
- Biết các phần mềm : C++, .NET C#, WebServices, Java Script, DHTML/HTML, ML, XSL, XML Schema and T-SQL, Database design, SQL server.
- Gửi CV trong đó quan trọng nhất là nói rõ mình đã từng viết các chương trình phần mềm như thế nào.
- ThờI gian thử việc từ 1 đến 3 tháng sau đó sẽ làm việc lâu dài.

IF Software has been around since 1995. In 2000, IF Software decided to fund, develop and market a product for the Mortgage industry known as OnTrack Mortgage for a company OnTrack Mortgage Solutions, Inc. Phase I is complete and we are going into Phase II.

Current Work In Vietnam

To leverage our labor and resources, IF Software has been using developers in an off/on manner in Vietnam for almost 2 years. This has worked very well and the developers have had the ability to work full time at other jobs and part time for IF Software.

We are now creating a full time development group in Vietnam to handle the new demands placed on us by our customers.

We are looking for a group of 5 to 6 excellent programmers and Software Engineers who can work together and build upon the existing software product. The developers would work in an environment different from that with which the would find in Vietnam.

Our Lead Software Design Engineer will be flying to Vietnam for a period of 1 to 3 months to train and build up a powerful development team in Vietnam.
Unlike the very hierarchical nature that is often found in Vietnamese companies, everyone will work as an equal as would be expected in any American company. Though there will be a need for a single technical engineer in Vietnam who can take over when our Lead Software Engineer is not available. However, everyone gets the same input and support. Everyone is expected to contribute and their contributions will be recognized. There will be no hierarchy of Managers taking credit for you work and achievements.

Software Engineers will have a unique chance to learn first hand how software development is accomplished in the Software Development capital of the world: Silicon Valley. In 1 month, the developers skills will be finely tuned. You will have an in-depth understanding of software engineering at every level: Database, Middle Tier and User Interface.

Compensation

We set up some of grade of expertise and ability to learn. Your initial salary is US$400-600 based on your current skill level and will be increased based on your ability to learn quickly and produce. If you turn out to be excellent programmers, then your salary will increase accordingly. The more you produce in good software, the quicker your salary gets improved. Once again, if you can not learn and are unable to perform, then I let them go in 2 weeks. I will give them all the chances in the world to learn.

If you pass the probation period of 2week-1month, you will receive relocation allowance for your time working in Ho Chi Minh. An amount of US$100 will be provided for your house rental & transportation.

Timing:
Probation period: 2weeks to 1month in Ho Chi Minh City, starting from February 24th, 2003.
After probation period will be official Labour Contract between IF Software & employee on a yearly basic. And your salary will be reviewed then.
